Focus Home Interactive Announces E3 Lineup Featuring Seven Games

Although you won't catch them on stage like EA, Ubisoft, or Bethesda, Paris-based publisher Focus Home Interactive is still bringing a strong presence to E3 this year. Their lineup of showfloor games features seven in total, three of which will be playable. All of their games have been at least announced for consoles, although not all of them have confirmed which ones specifically.

If you're going to the show or looking for gameplay on YouTube after, here's what we can expect from Focus Home:

A Plague Tale: Innocence: Previously announced as The Plague, this action-adventure title follows Amica and Hugo through a "Medieval nightmare" as they're hunted by The Inquisition and hordes of rats alike.

Vampyr: The third game from the rising stars at Dontnod Entertainment (, Life Is Strange), Vampyr is an RPG that casts players as a former doctor now living life in the dark as a (potentially) morally dubious vampire. We've covered this game extensively to date.

Call of Cthulhu: Another game we've covered a lot on TT, the clearly Lovecraftian RPG is the official adaptation of Chaosium's pen and paper game of the same name. It combines stealth, horror, and role-playing meant to collectively pay tribute to the famed author's work.

Insurgency: Sandstorm: A continuation of a gritty modern warfare FPS series previously only appearing on PC, not much is known about Sandstorm other than that it stars a female protagonist who escapes slavery and joins a rebellion. Look for more information from the studio, New World Interactive, to come out of E3, although the game won't be playable.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse: Developed by Cyanide, the same studio behind Call of Cthulhu, Werewolf exists within the decades-long World of Darkness saga that began with Vampire: The Masquerade in 1991. As it's seemingly a preferred genre for Focus Home's catalog, it may come as no surprise that Werewolf is also an RPG. It's said to deal in "politics and brutality", which is arguably redundant.

GreedFall (PS4): We haven't heard from GreedFall since its reveal three months ago, but that's due to change come E3. Set on an island featuring mysticism and the birth of industry on a collision course, GreedFall is — you guessed it — an RPG.

The Surge: The only of the publisher's showfloor titles to already be out before the show, The Surge is the latest game in the, well, surging Souls-like subgenre of role-playing games.

E3 kicks off in Los Angeles on June 10th and runs through the 15th.
