Technically, E3 2017 begins on Tuesday, June 13th. However, this is just the floor show. In the days leading up to Tuesday, many publishers hold presentations to reveal all of the big titles on which they're working. Now, that presentation lineup is confirmed. Take a look at the table below to see who you should be watching and when you should be watching them.
|Publisher||Date||Time PDT||Time EDT||Time BST||Time CEST|
|Bethesda||June 11th (NA) / June 12th (EU)||19:00||22:00||03:00||04:00|
|Sony||June 12th (NA) / June 13th (EU)||18:00||21:00||02:00||03:00|
EA has already revealed a lot of their upcoming titles
. We know that Star Wars Battlefront II
, a new Need for Speed
title, Madden NFL 18
, FIFA 18
, NHL 18
, NBA LIVE 18
and a new UFC
title are all on their way within the next 12 months and they're all likely to be at the show. This doesn't mean there won't be surprises, though, especially as the publisher will be kicking off the proceedings and has the public's attention all to themselves.
Many of you will be questioning why we've included Microsoft, but like Sony, the Xbox creators also give airtime to games that turn out to be multi-platform. In previous years we've seen footage of Metal Gear Solid
, Battlefield One
and the Call of Duty
franchise. There's no reason to think that this year will be any different, so you may want to tune in.
Bethesda has dubbed their presentation Bethesdaland. They've promised a night full of fun and games where people can mingle and see their new projects. The night will end with a "live musical performance from a top-secret act". Of all of the publishers, they're the one that has managed to keep the most tight-lipped about what they're planning. The only hints that you'll get are in the following image. Armchair detectives are go!
Ubisoft was the last of the publishers to confirm their E3 presentation. At the same time, they also dropped teasers
for Far Cry 5
, The Crew 2
and a new Assassin's Creed
title. It would be a shame if the company decided to spoil all of their big announcements before the show starts, but with three big titles already confirmed, what else can we expect?
Finally, Sony finishes the list of presentations in their usual slot, so I guess I have another extremely late night ahead of me. Without a new console on the way, they'll be looking to focus on their exclusive titles and time-exclusive deals with large franchises. They had a great conference last year with a lineup of titles that included Resident Evil VII
, The Last Guardian
, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy
, Death Stranding
. Hopefully we can expect another stellar lineup for this year.
We'll be providing live streams of all of the press conferences through our E3 hub
. The hub will be your one-stop shop for all of the latest news. You can also jump into the TT Chatroom to discuss all of the events as they progress. Make sure to keep your eyes on TT for the news as we get it!
