Mazing in X-Morph Defense

At this point, tower defense fans should be well-acquainted with the upcoming title X-Morph: Defense. After all, it's had a constant stream of videos for weeks now and, if you're a fan of the genre, it undoubtedly looks very promising. Combining tower defense with a twin-stick shooter, the game just might offer something for fans of strategy and action alike. Today's videos showcase a bit for both audiences.

First up is mazing. Any tower defense fan can tell you this is where you change the environment to modify which paths enemies will take. This can ultimately be very strategic if done right. X-Morph is twisting the idea a bit and, instead of always using towers to block enemy paths, you'll use destruction. In the video you'll see our hero toppling buildings and demolishing bridges to control when and where the enemies will attack.
