Here's the second part of all of the news from the weekend.
Throughout the game, players will witness Castle Town grow from a small peaceful town into one that is bustling and prosperous. It is here that players can rest in between missions, as well as gathering intel from the townsfolk, some of whom will even offer up their own missions. Some of the town facilities include:
- Blacksmith - Improve and upgrade weapons
- Stables - Horses can be purchased and prepared for missions
- Shops - Sell rare and unique items that will replenish health and musou
- Dojo - Training ground where players can learn skills or improve their existing abilities
- Teahouse - Officers can chat with one another and exchange gifts. Gain enough favor and officers will join forces with you on the front line.
A long time has passed since developer Ys Net last gave us an update on the much anticipated Shenmue III. Now they return with a second look behind the scenes at the studio.
Developer Happy Badger Studio took to Kickstarter to receive extra funds for their upcoming Playstation 4 title and were successful in their bid. If you want to read up on the finer points of the title, you can still take a look at the campaign here.
Sumo Digital released the second developer diary for their upcoming slithering platformer. The team looks at the technical features that players wouldn't usually notice but make a massive difference to the way that the game runs, such as character movements, lighting and even the grass.
This upcoming Playstation VR title will be released beginning April 11th (more details in the release date section below). To celebrate this fact, developer Stirfire Studios released a new trailer.
Two developers from Nomad Games went head to head in this livestream for the recently released title. However, it wasn't just fun and games; during the livestream, the team announced their future plans for the title.

Publisher Wired Productions has teamed up with THQ Nordic to make sure that both of these titles make their way to retail. The Playstation 4 version of The Town of Light will include new puzzles, extra story and interactive elements, reworked voice dialogue, and an overhaul of the graphics and user interface. Meanwhile, the Victor Vran: Overkill Edition will include the original title and its two expansions, "Fractured Worlds" and "Motörhead: Through the Ages", all with visual enhancements. Both titles will be released this spring.
Uncharted: The Lost LegacyIn a new story set 6-12 months after the end of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, protagonists Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross will travel to southern India on a quest to find the Tusk of Ganesh. The pair are not a natural team, they don't always see eye-to-eye, and they're both in it for different reasons.
Due to time constraints, the levels in Uncharted 4 were fairly linear. This standalone adventure won't suffer from those restrictions. In one unnamed area, which is “the biggest [area] ever for an Uncharted game”, players will explore a sprawling environment filled with traversal challenges, environmental puzzles, shootouts and hidden treasures. The game will provide a lot of environmental variety because of the natural diversity of the region in question, the Western Ghats region. You'll get to experience jungles, mountains, ancient temples and the war-torn urban environment.
There will also be new weapons like the first ever silenced pistol and C4. Players will also have the option to avoid combat completely, or approaching a fight from a different direction. Finally, Naughty Dog will be implementing lockpicking into the title, although the exact mechanics of this are still in progress. Check out the latest screenshots below for an idea of what to expect.
