A Musical Trailer And A PAX Panel For Friday the 13th: The Game

By Andy Mills, 1 year ago
It was PAX East this past weekend and not only did Friday the 13th: The Game developer Gun Media go to the convention like many developers do, they also had their own panel at the show.

As you might expect from an hour long panel, a variety of topics about Friday the 13th: The Game are discussed by the game's co-creator Ronnie Hobbs, executive producer Randy Greenback and junior producer/community lead Ben Strauss.

As well as all the discussion, a new trailer for the game was released. For those that don't want to watch the hour long panel and just want the trailer, Gun Media has also released that trailer separately. While people may expect the blood and gore — it is a Friday the 13th trailer after all — what people may not expect is the music video style that the trailer has taken, featuring the musical stylings of Swedish band Crazy Lixx who has written a song especially for the game.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a specific release date for Friday the 13th: The Game either at the panel or in the trailer, so we still only have the rather vague early 2017 as a release window.
