More information and a hesitant schedule have been released for the DLC for Bandai Namco's upcoming fighter Tekken 7
While details are still a bit thin, Bandai Namco has alluded to a new game mode and more than 50 new costumes that will all be dropped as one big batch in Summer 2017. The second and third additions will be released in Winter 2017 and Spring 2018 respectively. Each one will include "one exclusive playable guest character from other videogames’ licenses with, each time, a special stage and special costumes for these guest characters."
The three content expansions will be available individually or to players via the earlier-revealed
season pass. In addition to the expansions, purchasers of the season pass will receive 35 exclusive metallic costumes that will not be available to those buying the expansions individually.
In addition to the paid expansions, everyone can look forward to "free character panels they will be able to use to customize their favorite character’s image displayed during the loading screen" that will be designed by various artists.Tekken 7
launches on June 2nd.
