Runner3's Soundtrack Introduced

We have some more tasty tidbits for Runner3, the third entry in the Bit.Trip series that last left off with BIT.TRIP Presents... Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien. Choice Provisions has showed off a track from the upcoming sequel's sound track and a piece of concept art for one of the worlds.

As the game is a rhythm-based platformer, the music is important. This track hails from Foodland, one of the first worlds you'll come across in the game. The developer emphasizes the tune has yet to undergo a mixing process so this isn't the finalized, polished version just yet. The music is still composed by Matt Harwood, who has worked on the soundtrack for Runner 2 as well as all of the other installments.

You can also check out some concept art for the Foodland world, which is "a land chock-full of toothsome terrain, succulent surroundings, and flavorsome friends."

Runner3 doesn't have a release date yet. It also hasn't been confirmed for any platforms yet, including PS4, but we're hoping that will change soon.
