CDF Starfighter Origins Video Showcases "Instant Action Mode" Gameplay

Last month we discovered that CDF Starfighter will be VR enabled when Project Scorpio arrives. However, there is an alternative option for those of us not quite ready to jump on board with virtual headsets. Starfighter Origins will be a separate version of the game for non-VR audiences.

These guys are relieved.

Below is some footage from the Origins version of the game on PC. It showcases a mission in the so-called "Instant Action" mode. Rather than get stuck into the campaign or other modes, Instant Action allows you to jump straight into a single mission at the difficulty level of your choosing.

CDF Starfighter Origins is due for release this fall.

We don't have them yet, but we'll publish a story as soon as we pick up the Starfighter Origins trophies.
