Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide's DLC Will Launch in February

By Kevin Tavore,
Just a month ago, we covered the announcement of a new DLC for Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide called "Karak Azgaraz." The new DLC will send heroes to snowy peaks and a Dwarven city as they quest through the lands killing Skaven.

Last month's article covered some new screenshots and a trailer. This month, we're getting more intimate details on exactly what's coming:

• New Map: Khazid Kro - Journey through the outlying settlement of Khazid Kro
• New Map: The Cursed Rune - Explore the snow covered Grey Mountains
• New Map: Chain of Fire - Make your way to the top of the mountain to set the beacon
• New Weapon: Warpick for the Dwarf Ranger
• New Weapon: Falchion for the Witch Hunter
• Three New Achievements
While there's no word on the new trophies (or achievements as the developer calls them), confirmation that they're coming will no doubt please fans of the game.

With the new DLC, the game will also release a patch to bring it up to date with the PC version. There will be plenty of bug fixes and balance changes, but that also means new content in the form of Quests. Each day you'll get daily quests which give you temporary buffs. If you complete enough of them, you'll complete weekly quests that reward powerful gear. If you've been dying for an orange trinket or weapon, these will be a great way to get them and will no doubt help you toward one particular trophy:

"Karak Azgaraz" will launch on February 28th.
