Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition Announced

By Kelly Packard,
Do you remember Bulletstorm's Waggleton P. Tallylicker? I remember Waggleton P. Tallylicker. Although he may never have gotten the funeral he deserved, we can now relive all of his glory in the upcoming remastered version of the one-off 2011 title, now called Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition.

The long-rumored updated version of Bulletstorm was announced tonight at the Video Game Awards with an explosive trailer set to The Go-Go's "Vacation" (of course). The original followed the foul-mouthed Grayson Hunt as he tried to escape after crash-landing on a deserted resort on a strange planet. Full Clip Edition will include all of the DLC that was previously released for Bulletstorm, of which there were two — the musically-named "Blood Symphony" and "Gun Sonata."

Like most of these newfangled remasters, this one is promising "hi-res textures, increased polygon counts, sterling audio, and smoother frame rates."

There's a pretty unique pre-order bonus, too, featuring a special guest. Players who pre-order Full Clip Edition will gain access to the "Duke Nukem's Bulletstorm Tour" content, which offers up Duke as a playable character in Bulletstorm's campaign. It's not just the appearance of playing as Duke instead of the usual Grayson — the script has been completely re-recorded with brand new lines from the Duke himself.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

Full Clip Edition has already appeared on the PlayStation Store for US$59.99. It's also already got a release date. Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition will be available on April 7th, 2017. Now that that's out of the way, how about that sequel...
