From Tamriel to the Apocalypse and Back Again
It's been a tumultuous year to say the least. On the positive side, I am halfway done with my Phlebotomy Certification and looking forward to getting back into a professional position that I actually care about. My "emergency position" as an assistant manager of a grocery store was getting old. I had intended to do a blog post when I finished Final Fantasy 7 Remake for platinum #100, but the grocery store was sapping my will to do much of anything, I couldn't get motivated.
Anyway: Skyrim. I started Skyrim years ago and got sidetracked early on and it sat only getting briefly revisited for specific trophies for some of the community events here. It had nothing to do with my enjoyment of the game, it just hadn't sunk it's teeth into me yet. Then Rob Pearson of Playstation Access posted this video:
All of a sudden, I understood what made Skyrim so magical, and I had been missing it.
I earned the platinum trophy and completed 100% of the DLC. I started think about the other Bethesda game that I had gotten the platinum for years ago, but never finished the DLC. I decided to go back to the unfinished Fallout 4 DLC and have been working on them for a few days now. I will admit, I am still thinking about Skyrim. I am already imagining the Female Breton Battle Mage that I will play. I was thinking about playing the VR version and after looking up the trophy I decided that it was going to be my next bounty:
This will be my highest score for a platinum trophy if I can pull off the 200-300 hundred hours in VR it is going to take.
Anyway,that's the plan.
