Back to the regular slot of Sunday evening for the weeks gaming. Not sure how much of an update will be happening for the next few weeks\months even. Its all about Spider-Man. Plenty of progress made with loads of trophies being earned. It's been a mix of main missions and the side stuff and collectibles. Really don't want the grind at the end as with so many other games.

Acts 1 and 2 trophies have been earned so on the home straight for the main game. Once the platinum has been achieved then it will be onto the DLC's with the New Game plus trophies last.

Still looking down the list of partially completed games to see what can be worked on to get more trophies. May go back to the PS3 as well.

Latest platinum obtained, Lego City Undercover. As per the last blog, had to start again so this was the focus. Still had multiple crashes but none of them caused data corruption. Very happy to get the last area completed and then just got the rest of the trophies.


Shortly after that, completed the last destination required for Hitman so that was 100% complete. Certainly a fun game and thinking about getting Hitman 2.


Now just getting back into the swing of things with carrying on with Spider-Man. Looking forward to seeing what the PS Plus games are for April.

Today has been one of firsts....first time there has been data corruption. Lego City Undercover corrupted with a couple of areas to go to be cleaned up. The game has crashed a few times but never caused it to corrupt but this time it was saving so killed it. No way to recover it so had to start again. Lesson learnt...when you know Lego games crash, back up as no auto saves.

So since the last update, there as lots of work on Lego but that has all been undone due to the save corrupting. Would have been close to getting the Lego Plat but that has been put back. Hitman has nearly been finished with a couple of locations to go.

Guess its going to be working on Lego again to get it cleared up and completed. May work on other games to give it a break.

Thanks to the Happy Thumb Gaming YouTube vids as always for the collectibles, guess it will be watching them for a second time.

Never meant to leave it this long but much more of an update this time round. From the list given in the last post, 2 have been fully completed along with another not listed. First off Doom, finally managed to get all of the MP trophies out the way. Grinded through many, many rounds but eventually got enough levels to be able to equip the armor. This just leaves the arcade mode and to go through SP. Started it to get as far as the start of the first level.

Fallout 4 after 3 long years (and 3 months) has finally had the 100% completion after picking up the GOTY edition. Pulled down my old save so I could continue it. Enjoyed what was on offer, a little bit of a grind for one of the trophies but nothing major. Lucky I read about needing certain perks for 1 of the trophies or would have needed to level up more.

South Park: TFBW was started on Mastermind mode so only 1 play through was needed. Some of the battles were tough and required several attempts with a change of party. Still fun with the typical South Park humor. Jumped straight onto The Stick Of Truth which was a lot easier to deal with as it could be played on casual for the battles. Also liked the fact you could use a potion before attacking so most battle were easy once getting the upgraded weapons. To get this in 1 play through, needed a guide for all the missable collectibles and a few of the missable other trophies but did it and happy to see the trophies pop.

Detroit: Become Human another great game with a completed platinum trophy. Used a great guide for getting all the decision trophies out the way. Have always enjoyed these games (still have B2S to finish).

Thought it was about time to get through Hitman. So far managed to get all the base game trophies and working through the DLC levels before clearing up each location. Really enjoyed absolution and was hoping for good things. This does not disappoint with some great ways of completing the levels.

Started Lego City Undercover which makes a nice break from the other games. Not hard and just good fun. Didn't realise how much there is to collect and how back the area is but its a nice story with some great film throwbacks. Finished all of the story and free play missions with all collectibles so now its just getting the free roam collectibles to complete the game.

Progress has also been made in Yakuza 0, Onrush and Black Flag.

Another long period but in the trophy world, nothing much has happened. No further platinum's have been earned, mainly due to the start of lots of games acquired over December.

The biggest job has been working on Doom MP. Over the last few days, its been about grinding XP and working on the trophies to do with Gold medal and demon kills. All of which have now been achieved, leaving just to the 2 pieces of armour and then arcade mode. This will just leave the main game but would mean platinum and 100%. So far nearly at IV prestige so only another 6 of those to go. Still a massive grind so have to break it up with other games.

Also should have a few more game completions with what has already been started. Picked up Fallout 4 complete edition cheap so will be able to make that 100% which will also mean more trophies out of the backlog.
