Nice completion :)
Cheers all! This is gonna be the hardest game I've had to rate since Blackwood Crossing as I honestly found most of it pretty frustrating.
I mean, it's clear the devs put a lot of love into this game, the music is great, esp. the main theme, which is now one of my favourites ever...but it's USP is also...
its main weakness (to me). I think it's just one of those instances where it just didn't quite click with me personally, though there are definite design flaws with it.
The fact that on TA, this has a 4.5 average rating with a decent number of votes (where usually, games like this would be lucky to get 3) means that it probably is...
another TLoU type affair, where I don't dig it as much as the "masses", albeit on a much smaller scale
Wow! Congrats on the milestone and completion!

Because i was looking for a challenge. People been pulling 8s and 9s out of their asses. It wasnt hard. Guess how many times i died on the hardest? ONCE
Ill have to find something else that will give me chest hair. Wont be “easy reset”
Congrats anyway I would usually recommend Deathsmiles as a game to give chest hair but not on PS Cloudberry Kingdom would do the trick
I don't think it's too difficult it's just that when dying starting the level again just means repeating 30 minutes of repeating something you've just done
@ celebrimbor it still shouldnt warrant a 9 in platinum difficulty. Just because you die and lose 30-40 mins of progress has nothing to do with difficulty
But thats just my opinion tho
Exactly my point, not difficult just inconvenient
I agree. "Difficulty" ratings for games should take into account the level of challenge the game provides, rather than inconveniences, time consumption, grinds etc.
Hard Reset looks like an okay throwback game. I have it on Steam but dunno if i'll ever get round to it
difficulty stuff is mostly arbitrary anyway
Oh come on now, you can't expect to agree with these guides when you're God Tier. Just take 2 or 3 marks off every time, problem solved.
As for games that put hairs on your chest, besides Cloudberry...Attacking Zageta 2 if you get a US account...otherwise, Trials Fusion will do it if you go for all Plat...
Medals, EASILY 10/10, though not required for trophies, still a solid 8 or 9 minimum anyway, I would guess. Pure Pool is 10/10, no questions, though!
Time consuming AND brutal.
As previously stated, I do think time consumption is actually important to consider in ratings but shouldn't be the reason it gets 10/10. :P
On its own, I mean.
Play ALL the games!
I don't really care much for squares...I much prefer circles.
But but but... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LB5YkmjalDg

Triangles are the best, esp. when it comes to love...I mean...err...forget I said anything.
@Flakk - Well now I can't argue with that! @Atsuma -
It was better than I was expecting. A few weird game design choices, but it was really fun and the controls were great :) Enough to keep you busy post-story, too.
Was considering getting this. Havent't played a Harvest Moon game before though I have played a lot of Stardew Valley
Stardew Valley is still the best Harvest Moon to me but if you like that kind of gameplay this could hit the spot too.

Your True Life has begun in the best possible way!
Thanks, guys! I'm bracing for some score decay, though
Wow, top of the wazzer
Wow well done!!!
Absolutely incredible! Beastcake FTW!
That rare breed. Someone who not just was 1st on the site but also the entirety of the world! No wonder you're the Sinnoh Region Pokemon League Champ!
Jesus!!! You go growl! #beastcake
Numero Uno!!! Nicely done!
Thank you, friends! My Vita got a lot of love recently with remote play
I literally beat Way of the Machine with less than a second to go before the game failed me! Clutch much?
Also: I completed Three Birds, One Stone with 15 faults, not less than 15 but still got the trophy.
Nice going with this game! How difficult are the DLCs compared to the base game? As in, I struggled my way to the end of the base game but no way in hell I can do the
extreme tracks...how would one fair with the DLC tracks being that they found just the HARD tracks insanely stupid? Lol.
how hard was it?
Cheers all! ATG and Ulven: pretty comparable to the main game, really. Though trophy-wise, most DLC ones aren't *too* bad.
The Extreme tracks really are a lot of trial and error and watching replays/YouTube videos to help you get the techniques down. :P
TBF, the challenges/squirrels are the same as well. I really doubt there's anyone who could've figured out *all* of them on their own.
Eh, I might get the season pass one day if it's ever really, really cheap then...
wooph, didn't even know 300+ did it already
Happy birthday, mate!
Happy birthday neighbour
Happy Birthday =D
Cynthia = first to finish!
I feel like I'm really close, but some of these crop mutations are a bit stubborn C'mon, Great Oranges!
The end really bothered me more than the first time around, because you have so little choice! Also, the adults all suck. At least I get my 2.5gb back on my Vita!
That's what she said. (Obviously lacking the English trophies for some reason... Hm...)
Wow, really? That's a surprise, actually. I enjoyed this a lot and many others did. What didn't you like about it?
First of all, it's a really lazy remaster. I thought I would like it, but just found it boring. I liked some of the characters, but it was just so frustrating to play

with the tank controls, I couldn't enjoy it and was just annoyed throughout. The trophies were boring too, "exhaust this guy's dialog" constantly. Maybe I was a bit harsh
though... I dunno.
IDK whether it's lazy as I never played the original. :P Your feelings describe how I felt about Blackwood Crossing, honestly. If not for my rating system, I'd...
have given it the same or very similar score, it just didn't click with me. Ofc, we all have different ways of rating things.
The tank controls were terrible, I agree with that. Needless milking of gameplay there for sure.
I might end up docking a point or 2 from this once I go through them all again as I vaguely remember it was a bit clunky, perhaps but still a good game imo.
There it is!!
