Esp. as what I've been told, it's mostly luck-based. And the attitude of the devs about this is revolting as well. There's NOTHING to be proud of making something
"impossible" by RNG, something like getting all Trackmaster Medals in Trackmania or all Diamonds in Trials Rising, fair enough, 99.9% skill, this is just BS, though.

Same with anything LB-related, just rife to be sabotaged. I thought we were rid of the GRAW days, apparently not.
Also, they were surprised that their servers died so quickly with such a huge influx of players at the start. WOW, REALLY? Who would've been able to predict it.
Oh right, because it's happened basically EVERY. OTHER. TIME.
TL;DR: "impossible" skill-based - great, even if I can't get it, "impossible" that ends up needing to be boosted or can be sabotaged - bad.
IDK, maybe the game is good but I really have no inclination to try when they have an attitude like that and are showing themselves to be pretty clueless so far
I am personally not a fan of trophies that require others to behave in a particular way, but at the same time I am not bothered by them existing. Just a personal
preference I have. I have certainly seen worse designed trophies... I'm looking at you Friday 13th!
Anything pure luck does seem to go against the point of an achievement. But, it seems fitting with the game it is meant to be so it feels appropriate.
Take something like a Mario Party game, if that had achievements for the luck stuff in that game it would work in my opinion because that's the nature of the game.
🤔 Lb related? Graw? Idk what they meant. Online trophies in general annoy me, but for a fully oine game I guess it's fine, but the 5 in a row wins is meh especially
For this kind of game, having "win 5 times in a single day" may even be bad enough. Im not good at math but it's like a billion to 1 chance? 1/(60^5)?
LB is leaderboard. I think GRAW (Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare) had an achievement/trophy for being at the top of the LB , something not many could get and was unfair
You can't calculate the probability like that unless the result was random Spikey. So far example, if there were 60 players all playing Snakes & Ladders, then you
Yeah, what El_T said...except there were 5 of them, I think (#1 in each mode and #1 overall)
would calculate probability based on number of players and wins required as in Snakes and Ladders noone is able to influence the outcome. But once the outcome can be
influenced by players it can't be done that way. Luck certainly plays a role in this but so does player input
and yeah GRAW had #1 leaderboard achievements, however, I don't get how those were unfair? It led to a lot of the early days cheevo hunters to boost GRAW a LOT
So it's a crap bucket 💩🚽
