I keep track alot if fitness stuff and the keto diet and intermittent fasting definitely seem to be good bets for being fit and healthy
Some diets are good for weight loss but terrible for your overall health but keto seems good all round. Good to hear it is working for you!

I've actually never tried it keto as it is awkward for me stick to but I find intermittent fasting from time to time does wonders!
ive never understood diets. why not just eat less of what you normally eat?
@Ulven Eating less to me means low calorie which ive tried before and i just felt hungry all the time. with the keto diet i stay fuller for longer and never feel hungry.
I know this is off topic talking about diet on a gaming site but i thought it might help ppl who had to many christmas dinners like me get rid of a few extra pounds.
@Ulven - I am with you when it comes to diets in general. People try looking for a magic solution/foodplan when the real magic is as simple as "Eat less and move more!"
However, I would make an exception for 3 diets and 3 diets only! Those are Keto, intermittent fasting and elimination diets, as these all have a reason for doing
Keto - The keto diet is to cause a specific state in your body and while in that state as Liquid points out you don't feel hungry and have other benefits
Intermittent Fasting - This isn't really a diet given you can eat whatever you want, but restricting consumption hours improves clarity and energy during the day
Elimination diets - Again, these aren't really to lose weight but more to identify your food tolerances
@Liquid - there is such a thing as off-topic here? I talk the same on here as IRL, just so happens that it mostly about games
I'm the worst, people hate me xD Whilst I may not be healthy, I'm slim despite eating whatever I want lol, even rock some mild abs without having ever worked out.
You may not even be in be in ketosis yet btw. It has a weird weight loss due to eating less and snacking less etc. Can buy urine test sticks on amazon for a few £
