If the previous chapter was all about the infected enemies, then this one is just the opposite; though you will occasionally have to deal with some infected here and there, most of the adversaries in this chapter are human.
Comic Book - Force Carrier - The first comic book in the game is unmissable; it is automatically in your possession through story progression.
When you first begin the chapter, during a forced fight with an enemy, you'll have to tap to avoid some glass. Once you've gained full control of Joel, run over to Ellie and press melee to save her from another enemy. Shortly after that, a group of around five enemies will attack. Use the objects for cover and take them out from a distance, but watch out for one of the enemy combatants; he's holding a melee weapon and loves to rush you, so keep an eye on your peripheral.
After killing a few of the enemies, a few more will climb over a bus and join the fray. Keep moving and kill all the remaining enemies; Joel will indicate when they're all dead. Once the area is clear, stand at the entrance to the shop you started out in and look out into the street. Turn the camera left a little bit until you see an open doorway surrounded by white graffiti. To the left of that open doorway is a closed garage door. Interact with it and rapidly tap to open it.
Artifact - Tourists Manifest - As soon as you're through the garage door, look slightly right and walk to the back-right corner of the room to find this artifact on an overturned metal shelving unit.
Conversation #12 - Turn around from the previous artifact and talk to Ellie who should have a speech bubble above her head to initiate this conversation.
Toolbox #2 - To the left of Ellie, look for this toolbox sitting on some metal shelves just right of the garage door you used to enter this room.
Weapon - Smoke Bomb - The smoke bomb throwable is easy to miss if you're going through this room fast. You can find it on some shelves by the door leading out of this room. Be sure to pick it up as it adds a smoke bomb to your inventory as well as allows you to craft smoke bombs from this point forward.
Once you've found the smoke bomb, you now have access to all craftables in the game. Once you make a smoke bomb, if you've crafted everything else at least once (customized melee weapon, shiv, Health kit, Molotov, and nail bomb), you'll unlock what should be your first trophy of the game!
Go around the room and gather up the rest of the supplies (be sure to check the lockers as well) and when you're ready, go through the door Ellie is facing. Go up the stairs and through the door at the top. Make a right through the first doorway in this upstairs hallway.
Training Manual - Health: Splinting - Look along the left wall of this room to find this Training Manual sitting on a shelving unit near some mattresses.
Gather up supplies around the room and then exit the room. Turn right and open the blue door at the very end of the hall to find a room with some supplies and a workbench.
Artifact - Ambush Map - Before leaving this workbench room, look on the wall to the left of the door to find this artifact.
Leave the workbench room and open the first door on the right. Climb up the stairs and hop over the railing. Pass through the broken fence straight ahead and drop down to street-level. When you land, turn 90 degrees to the left to spot a few parts on the ground in the corner, then go to the other side of the street and pick up the plant-based supplements you've probably already seen. When you've picked up the items, head down the street to a bus.
Comic Book - Termination Shock - Go inside the bus and turn left. At the back of the bus on the ground, you'll find this comic book for Ellie.
Conversation #13 - Leave the bus and continue down the road a few paces until you near the white car on the right. There's a dead body next to the car as well as some luggage. Walk near the car until Ellie approaches and asks "What happened here?" and a speech bubble appears above her head. Interact with her to initiate this conversation.
Continue down the road through the sea of cars until you hear a gunshot. Quickly find some cover because three hunter enemies will appear from over a bus in the distance. You can easily wait for them to walk by to avoid a fight, but there's a collectible to be earned here, and it's safer to do so with the enemies dead. So, take them out using stealth or go loud.1
Joke Location #1 - Once the three enemies are dead, walk over to the bus they appeared from. Stand near the end of the bus for a few minutes until Ellie says "Okay, we need to lighten the mood" and busts out her joke book. She'll read the first joke, at which point you need to interact with her using
, and then she'll read a few more jokes. Stand around until she says "I'm all joked out" and puts her joke book away. Then you can proceed.
Use the car to climb on top of the bus, then drop down the other side.
Conversation #14 - When you drop down from the bus, wait over by the sandbags that are over by the right wall. Ellie will eventually walk over and read what's on the wall: "Give us our rations!". After she says this, interact with her to start this conversation.
Artifact - Lost Hill Note - After the conversation, hop over the sandbags and walk into the small guard shack to find this artifact on the ground in the corner of the shack.
Leave the guard shack, hop over the sandbags, and make a right into a short zig-zagging maze of metal walls, then interact with the turnstile at the end. Once you emerge on the other side of the turnstile you're now in enemy territory. The area in front of you and the large bookstore to your right are home to at LEAST ten to twelve hunters. On higher difficulties, you will definitely want to sneak by them if you can. However, there are a few collectibles to find and some jokes to hear, and you can really only do that once the enemies are all dead.
So, with that said, sneak forward and you'll spot three enemies in the section ahead. If you want to be as sneaky as possible for as long as possible, try to take the three of these guys out once they separate. Whatever course you choose, when they're dead, head into the bookstore. The bookstore is gigantic and takes up two floors with both floors featuring several patrolling enemies. If you go in guns blazing, make sure to watch your back, because there are many possible entrances for you to be flanked. Go upstairs and downstairs, killing all the enemies, until Joel says something resembling "That was too damn close." Once the coast is clear, you can start the search for the collectibles in this area.
Joke Location #2 - The first thing to do is to go up to the second floor of the bookstore and go to the area with the barrel fire and tons of furniture right in front of the cafe. Stand in that circle of furniture next to the barrel fire and wait there for a while. Eventually, after some wandering around, Ellie will bust out her joke book again. Interact with her and she'll start reading another series of jokes. Once she puts her joke book away, you can proceed.
Artifact - Traitors Flyer - With the joke session done, leave the bookstore from the front door and you'll be in front of a long green tent (where you defeated the first three enemies). Look to the left of the tent on a metal wall to find this artifact. Refer to the image below if you're having trouble spotting it.
Firefly Pendant - Kazden Risk - From right where you found the previous artifact, turn around and face the green tent. Walk to the right of the tent and walk forward along the front of the bookstore until you see an alleyway to the right. Go all the way down the alley and check behind a short bookcase in the middle of the alley to find this pendant on the ground.
Artifact - Applicant Checklist - From the pendant above, go back down the alley and turn left to walk along the front of the store again. Keep going along the outside of the bookstore until you spot an open doorway with the numbers "245" above it. Go in that doorway and make an immediate right. You should see some stairs leading to the second floor up ahead a few paces. Look under the stairs on the first floor and you should notice a couple of white boxes stacked on top of each other. This artifact is resting on the top box.
Artifact - Abandon Zone Note - From the previous artifact, turn left 90 degrees and walk to the back of the store, where you'll spot a large open window leading to another room. Jump through the window and look left at the desk to find this artifact sitting on top.
Shiv Door #5 - From the previous artifact, jump through the next window you yet another room, then exit through the open doorway in the back to reach a set of stairs. Head up the stairs and you'll arrive on the second floor next to the barrel fire where Joke Location #2 occurred. Turn left once you're past the cafe and head for the wall ahead with the movie poster. In that back corner, along the left wall, is a wooden door you need a shiv to open. Head inside and grab all the goodies.
Artifact - Lost Areas Map - This artifact is inside the shiv room on a shelf. Grab it along with all the other items.
Leave the shiv room and turn right. Pass the cafe and go to the other barrel fire up against the right wall. Just past that barrel fire on the right is a wide-open doorway. Go through and exit the bookstore via the back door. Head down the metal stairs to reach the street level once again. Go forward and pass some dead military guards on the right, then make a right down the nearby alley. Follow the alley as it turns left and then climb up some more stairs. Drop down the other side.
When you drop down, turn around real quick to find some supplements on the ground by a green "BFC" trash dumpster. Then, go back the other way down another alley. Hop over the low barricade at the end of the alley for a quick cutscene.
Conversation #15 - Once you have control again, turn completely around so that you see a police car slightly ahead and to the right. Walk past the left side of the police car and straight through the two concrete barricades ahead. As soon as you're past the barricades, make a hard right, and look at the wall of the building. Underneath a blue awning, you should see an advertisement with a model in a pink dress. Walk over to that advertisement and stand there a moment until Ellie starts talking. Interact with her when you see the speech bubble to initiate this conversation.
Joke Location #3 - This joke sequence is only activated once the previous conversation has occurred. Once the conversation has ended, turn so you're facing away from the advertisement and then walk forward to the second concrete barricade on the left. Stand still near this barricade for a while until Ellie whips out her joke book again. Interact with her and she'll start reading some more jokes. Once she puts the joke book away, you can continue on.
Shiv Door #6 - Head back up the street and pass the right side of the police car. Look at the taxi nearby and then to the left and you should notice a blue armored truck next to the building on the left. Walk around that armored truck and you should see a door with a red "X" on it. Use a shiv to enter through the door.
Artifact - Mother's Letter - As soon as you're inside the shiv room, walk forward to the white chair next to the open doorway. On this chair rests another artifact. Grab it as well as all the items scattered around the two rooms.
Leave the shiv room and turn left down the street. Keep going forward even as the road becomes flooded. Swim between the flooded truck and bus and keep going straight down the flooded road towards an overpass in the distance. The game will show an interaction spot, but don't worry about hiding; the enemy vehicle that appears cannot see you. You should see a pallet floating in the water, so grab it and go back through the gap between the truck and the bus. Take the pallet over to Ellie and she'll jump on. Turn around and move the pallet next to the bus and Ellie will jump up.
Now turn left from the pallet and go into the back of the truck and out the other side to reach the inside of a dilapidated coffee shop. Go left and gather up some supplies from around the coffee shop, then hop back into the water. Head left through the open doorway marked "ADDITIONAL SEATING UPSTAIRS" and go upstairs.
Artifact - Stash Note - Once you're upstairs, go forward and turn right when you can. Look for a mattress on the ground off to the right. Behind the mattress is a wooden cabinet and on the cabinet sits this artifact.
Go back along the upstairs railing and jump out the big window leading outside; you'll land on the truck below. Cross over the plank Ellie placed for you and walk over the bus. Go through the large busted-out window to drop down into the lobby of a hotel.
Hotel Lobby
Conversation #16 - When you land, turn left and walk around the construction work, and head over to the coffee bar. Go behind the counter and interact with the espresso machine for a quick bit of dialog.
From the coffee bar, walk like you're going back to the entrance, but stop before you reach the wood-paneled construction wall. Turn left and you should spot a ladder. Grab the ladder and take it left around where you found it and place it against the wall where a "Hard Hat Area" sign is displayed. Now climb the ladder to reach the second-floor balcony.
Artifact - Note to Staff - Once off the ladder, turn right and hug the left wall as you go down and then up some stairs. Once you've squeezed past the wall and the large hole in the floor, move forward until you spot some open luggage on the ground in the corner by an elevator door. This artifact is inside the open luggage.
Training Manual - Shiv: Reinforcement - Once you have the above artifact, leap over the railing back down to the ground floor. Go around the broken table and couch ahead and turn left to reach the hotel's concierge desk. Go around the long desk and circle back to spot an open doorway leading to a back office. On the ground next to the left wall in the office is a safe you can open only if you found the Note to Staff artifact. Open it to find some parts, ammo, and this Traning Manual.
Joke Location #4 - Once you've opened the safe, return to the ladder you used to climb up to the second floor. Once at the top of the ladder, Ellie should pull out her joke book. At usual, interact with her when prompted and listen to all her jokes until she puts the joke book away again.
After the joke session is finished, walk left past the elevators and follow the path up some steps. At the top of the stairs, jump through the window on the right. Once you're in this courtyard, be careful, because you're not officially in enemy territory. There are two enemies in a room past the window on the left. If you use your Listen Mode, you may also catch a glimpse of a few more enemies scattered around this floor.
Sneak over to the left window and stay out of sight. Once one of the hunters starts walking away, jump into the room and stealth kill the remaining enemy. Once he's down, exit this hotel room through the door ahead, then wait outside the room directly across the hall (Room 206). Once the hunter inside Room 206 turns away, sneak up on him and eliminate him. Go through the door on the left to reach a room with a bathroom straight ahead and an open doorway leading to a patio area on the right. Take a right out to the patio and then an immediate left through another window.
Climb up the furniture in the middle of the room to reach the next floor up. Once on the next floor, turn right around and walk around the giant hole in the floor. Look for some parts on a bench at the foot of the bed. Now turn back around again and walk around the hole once more. Go forward into a bathroom then turn right and walk through the hole in the wall.
Conversation #17 - Walk over to the two corpses in the tub and stand there until Ellie makes an "Oh. Creepy!" comment. Interact with her when prompted to initiate this conversation.
Exit the bathroom and make a left out to the hallway. Follow the hall to the left and you'll spot three hunters walking in your direction (if you've yet to be spotted; if you're spotted, the enemy patterns will change completely). Quickly turn around and go back down the hall you came from. Skip the first room on the right (the one you exited from a moment ago) and go into the second just far enough to be out of sight, but still able to see down the hallway. Two of the hunters will peel off and go exploring rooms elsewhere, while one of the hunters will continue in your direction.
Wait for the lone hunter to step into the first room, then go out to the hall and sneak up behind him to stealth kill him. With him out of the picture, you can now go in the direction he came from. If you want to stay in stealth, proceed straight ahead and ignore the rooms on the right; just make sure the hunters can't see you as you pass by the rooms. Make good use of Listen Mode to check around corners before moving. Keep moving ahead toward the barrel fire at the other end of the floor. When you reach the barrel fire, turn left and climb up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, interact with the elevator door straight ahead and tap rapidly to force it open.
Climb the ladder up and out of the elevator car. Hug the right wall and squeeze over to the other side of the elevator shaft. Jump down to the elevator car below then interact with the open elevator door above once the indicator shows up. Ellie is boosted up, but unfortunately, Joel isn't so lucky. Once you're in control again, move forward a little then turn left. Move straight across the room towards the open doorway marked "EXIT." Go through the doorway and hop left over the railing.
Dive down into the water and follow the stairs down, then make a right through an open doorway. Angle slightly right and pass through the next open doorway, then go up for air when you can. If you turn right 90 degrees, you should see an open doorway in the distance. Go into that room for some nice parts and components, then leave the room. Go forward a few paces then dive back into the water and swim to the bottom. Look to the right to see an open doorway underwater marked "WEST TOWER B2" as well as with a green stairway sign. Head through that doorway and follow the path until you can swim up to the surface again.
Follow the linear path until Joel puts on his gas mask, then crouch through the gap. Get ready for one of the scariest parts of the game. Walk ahead a bit until a sea of rats appear and run off in various directions; that's NOT a good sign. Take the first right, gather up some useful supplies in this small room, then continue into the next room. There's a generator on a ledge at the other end of this room, but ignore it for now. First, go up the incline on the right side of the room to reach the floor above. Turn all the way around and to right to some cabinets to find some more supplies.
Turn right past the cabinets and go straight across the hallway to a security room. When you're ready for a fight, pick up the Hotel Keycard resting on one of the desks.
Artifact - Hotel Keycard - The keycard you just picked up is actually an artifact. You can't miss this one as it is story related.
Once you've got the keycard, four Runners will start to play mind games with you. If you stay in the security room, you'll most likely see them darting back and forth in and out of cover. Step out of the room a tiny bit to lure one over to you, then kill it from inside the security room. Continue doing this until all four Runners are dead, then go back to the locker room and go down the slope to the room with the generator. Go over to the generator and start it back up; this unleashes another group of four Runners.
Stand your ground and take out the Runners as they attack. Use your Listen Mode to predict their movements. On harder difficulties, you'll also have to deal with a Bloater, but thankfully, it seems he doesn't show up on Easy difficulty. Once the Runners are down, go through the open doorway left of the filing cabinet in the locker room. Run down this hallway and enter the first door on the right. Go around this U-shaped laundry room and look up on a high shelf for a bottle of supplements which adds ten more units to your total. Exit back out to the hall and turn right, then left into another hall with shards of fungal shards lining the walls and ceiling.
Run down this hall and look for a door on the right. Attempt to open it, then interact with the card swipe on the wall next to the door. Now go through the door. Go up the stairs and through the door at the top. Explore the bathroom and side rooms for some helpful supplies, then head down the short flight of stairs and through the door at the end of the hall to emerge into a kitchen. Immediately hide behind the nearby overturned fridge because more human enemies appear. Wait for the approaching enemy to turn away, then stealth kill him. Move forward and stay behind the long kitchen counter; there's another enemy approaching around the other side of the counter. Grab him when he comes through the kitchen door.
Move into the restaurant where you'll find two more enemies: one off to the left and one pacing the back area of the restaurant. Kill these last two enemies any way you want, then go to the back corner of the restaurant to find a ladder on the ground. Set it up next to the nearby wall (below a yellow tablecloth) and climb up. After a stressful moment where you'll need to smash , Ellie will pop in and save the day.
Comic Book - Accretion - After the cutscene, climb the ladder and turn left. Go through the open doorway, then make an immediate left into an upstairs balcony area. Shimmy across the gap in the floor ahead by hugging the right wall. Look to the left at the cluster of couches and coffee tables to find some parts on one of the tables and this comic on another.
Shimmy back across the hole in the floor and make a left when you see Ellie. Go down some stairs and drop down at the bottom.
Firefly Pendant - Colby Reed - Head forward down the hall you're in, but keep an eye out for the women's bathroom on the left. Go inside and walk over to the corner stall to find a Firefly pendant on the ground in front of the toilet.
Training Manual - Melee: Knots - Leave the bathroom and turn left. Continue straight, ignoring the large open area to the right, until you see a desk with red chairs sitting near it. You'll find this Training Manual on the desk.
Conversation #18 - Hop over the next desk and turn right into a ballroom. Immediately make a right when you enter and walk toward the tropical backdrop in the corner. Wait for Ellie to come near, then interact with her when the speech bubble appears. Don't run off yet though; there are actually three speech prompts you need to interact with. Keep interacting with her until she says "Whatever, Joel."
After the conversations, go up on the stage and push the piano against the wall. Use the piano to climb the ledge high up. Run around the balcony to the end to find some helpful items, then go through the open doorway into a smaller room. Run through the doorway in here to an outdoor balcony, then hop over the gap.
Financial District
After the cutscene, you have a choice to make. You can stealth this next section up to a point, but eventually, enemy reinforcements will appear regardless. So, if you have the ammo and the desire, you might as well start the firefight right off the bat. Four enemies are talking a short distance away, so it's best to start things off with a literal bang; toss a nail bomb in the middle of them to thin out their numbers. Once the area is alerted, expect to fight around fifteen enemies or so. You can stay in one place if you want, or move around the area; it's totally up to you. Ellie will help you out from time to time by firing at the enemy with her hunting rifle. By now you should have a good handle on how to deal with human adversaries. Just try not to get surrounded and you should be fine.
If you stay near where you dropped down after the cutscene, enemy reinforcements will always come from the far opposite end of the area, allowing you to snipe them as they flood in.
Once the enemies are all dead, you have some collectible searching to do.
Conversation #19 - Head over to the large tree near where you first appeared in this area. You'll find a dead person hanging from the tree. Wait near the body until Ellie approaches and the speech bubble appears above her to initiate this conversation.
Artifact - Fireflies Note - From the hanging body, turn to face the curved bridge WAY off in the distance. Head in that direction until you reach an open iron gate just past some concrete barricades. Don't go through the gate yet, though. Instead, turn right to spot the Don Fiocchi Subs Shop. Head on into the sub shop and go straight to the backroom. Make a sharp left to find a blood trail leading into a walk-in freezer. Inside the freezer on the ground to the right lies this artifact.
Now go through the open gate you ignored earlier. Turn right to find a nice amount of parts on a makeshift table, then go the other way and interact with metal shutter at the end. Ellie will place an object under the shutter to prop it open. Crouch under, then grab the cart she used and pull it back into the room. Use the cart in the corner of the room to climb over the air conditioner units. You'll land right next to a workbench, so upgrade your weaponry as you see fit. When you're ready, jump over the object to initiate a tragic cutscene.
After the scene, open the door on the left and follow the path through some rooms and up a stairway. At the top, you'll hear voices; two hunters are coming down the next hallway, so either hide behind the blue door leading into the stairway and wait for them to pass or just take them out once they round the corner. After they're gone, go into the room ahead.
Artifact - Final Attack Note - Walk past all the desks in this long office until you reach the far right desk in the back by the open window. This artifact is on the ground tucked under the desk.
Leave the room and turn right. Drop down a couple of ledges to reach the street. Go straight down the street until you emerge in an open area. If you look left, you should see a building with busted-out walls and a couple of enemies pacing back and forth inside the building. Head in that direction and you'll find an open doorway next to a police car. Be careful in this area; the enemy has set nail bomb tripwire traps in various areas. Go up the stairs and you should spot an armored enemy directly ahead.
If you try to stealth kill the enemy, you might attract the attention of the Molotov enemy further down the building. If you're spotted, go all out on the enemies in this building. You'll probably attract the attention of more enemies down on the street, so be prepared for that.
Artifact - Mob Attack Note - Once the enemies in this building are down, go to the second section of the building (where the two Molotov enemies were) then turn right and go through the very large open doorway. Jump over the desk and look underneath it to find another artifact. See the below image for a visual.
Go through the doorway nearby and down some stairs back down to the street. Turn right out of the building and head down the street. If you were spotted at any time, you'll probably have about three more enemies looking around this area for you. If you stayed hidden, they'll be patrolling. Either way, eliminate the rest of the enemies here, then go into the building labeled "RATIONS DEPOT."
Artifact - Truck Note - Go into the front doorway of the building and pass by the first wooden desks and go to the second set of wooden desks. On the farthest desk on the right, you'll find this artifact. Take a look at the image below for its exact location.
Shiv Door #7 - Go by the desks and through the open doorway into the back room. Once you're back there, you'll see a blue locked door in front of you. Use a shiv to open it and then retrieve the valuables contained therein.
When you're done, leave the shiv door and head back through the doorway into the front room. Immediately turn left to leave the building through a side doorway. To the right of you is a tank and straight ahead, near the brick wall, is a ladder you can't reach. Interact with the ladder to boost Ellie up to it. Climb the ladder once it drops and follow the fire escape as it turns. Drop down on the truck at the other end of the fire escape and then down on the street below.
Conversation #20 - When you drop down to the street, move ahead towards the police car next to a wall, then turn right and stand near the gate to the "Military Preparatory School." Ellie will make a comment as she moves toward the gate. Speak with her once the speech bubble appears to initiate this conversation.
Conversation #21 - While facing the Military Preparatory School gate, turn completely around and go forward toward the concrete wall. Hop over the wall and then walk over to the "Dawn of the Wolf" poster. Ellie will once again follow you over and engage in some dialog, then a speech bubble will appear above her head. Interact with her to initiate this conversation.
Leave the area with the power and follow the right wall as it turns a couple of times. Head all the way down this alley to the corner of the last building on the right. This area features several human enemies as well as an annoying armored truck with a turret. Turn down the next alleyway and walk past the police car. Just past the metal shelf in the alley stands an enemy with his back to you. Grab him, pull him back a few paces, then stealth kill him. Move forward next to the rusted van, then move the camera so you can see the armored vehicle. Watch the turret, and when it turns away from you, sneak over behind the police car in the middle of the street.
Watch the turret again, and when it's aimed elsewhere, sneak over to the next car. Follow the edge of the nearby building and enter it from the open doorway. It is VERY difficult to avoid detection in this building because of its tight quarters, multiple patrolling enemies, and the armored car can still see you in here. So, if you ARE spotted, sprint through the next few steps as fast as you can.
Move forward through the building and hop through the open window to the left. Pass by the desk and exit this small office, then jump through the window straight ahead that leads back outside. Immediately turn left, then left again, and start running down the wide alleyway. Two more enemies will automatically spawn from the other end of the alley, so take them out as swiftly as possible. Keep running down the alleyway until then end, then turn right, and make an immediate right through an open doorway leading into another building. Go through the next doorway and then up some stairs to reach Floor 2.
At the top of the stairs, make the first left and climb out the window onto the fire escape. Go up the fire escape, cross over the wooden plank you come to, sidle along the thin ledge, and jump into the first open window you come to. Explore this apartment for some supplies, then go into the kitchen, and jump through the open window there. Sidle along the thin ledge toward the street and you'll see the armored vehicle below. Don't worry, it can't see you up here. Keep going until you reach the next open window, then jump on through for a cutscene.
Escape the City
During the cutscene, you'll be introduced to Henry and Sam.
Training Manual - Molotov: Construction - Leave the room you start in and head for the kitchen. You will find this Training Manual on the kitchen counter.
Explore the rest of the apartment to gather up some useful items, then leave through the front door.
Shiv Door #8 - Follow Henry down the stairs until you reach the next floor down. You'll see a wooden door in front of you; open the door with a shiv.
Comic Book - Deep Phase - Inside the apartment behind the shiv door, go into the bedroom with all the posters and you'll spot this comic on a chair next to the desk.
Explore the whole apartment to find all the awesome stuff inside, then exit and continue to follow Henry down the stairs. Keep following the group until an armored truck passes by. After a short cutscene, exit through the back of the store. Outside the store, you'll have to deal with three hunters; take care of them in any way you want. When the coast is clear, follow Henry up onto a truck and up a few more ledges until two more hunters come running from a building. Take them out with your guns, then climb up to where they were. Go left across a wooden plank into a new building.
Firefly Pendant - Lucas Rios - Before you follow Henry through the double doors, make a left into a bathroom. This pendant is sitting on the tank of the toilet in the corner stall.
Artifact - Trial Note - Leave the bathroom and walk through the door Henry's standing next to. Once inside the large office, walk straight ahead to the open doorway in the distance to find a conference room. The artifact is lying on the ground in a corner of the room.
Leave the conference room and stop by the kitchen to grab a bottle of supplements, then go to the back corner where Henry's standing and enter the room to finally finish this long but hopefully enjoyable chapter.
