There is nothing much I can say to really help, the game is incredibly simple. Hit 
to attack, 
to Fake an attack and 
to Block an attack. In Tag Team mode you can also hit 
to Swap between team-mates. For the individual wins, use quick match with victories set to one. For the long grindy stuff use Tag Team as that is 3v3 and you can have control of all with just 2 controllers. All the trophies except for "Phonus Balonus" are cumulative across all game modes, but everything will take just a couple hours, the games length comes from the 10 hour trophy.
