For the first and most daunting task, let's take on the post-game dungeon. This dungeon is randomized so I can't help much with explanations. It's 100 floors, the 101st floor having an optional boss that gives a gold trophy.
So, on the World Map, head to The Timeworn Keep - Sanctum of Rebirth, which is only available as Soju.
The Timeworn Keep - Sanctum of Rebirth
Immediately upon loading into this area, you'll see Linne. Choose the option "You coming with me?". Then enter through the portal for the following;
Not only is it worth saying yes for the trophy, but Linne can also randomly heal, which is a blessing in this long dungeon.
This dungeon is like any other RPG. Every 5 floors is a boss, which is a variation of bosses you've fought before. You can save, and teleport out/in every 5 floors, so this isn't a daunting 1-go process.
As for opening up the exit per floor, it seems to be kind of random. I defeated every enemy on a floor, only the sight stealers, or only the big type enemies, or a set amount in either Realm, and I could never pinpoint what was actually required.
Once you FINALLY reach Floor 101 and beat the boss here, you'll obtain yourself this;
There's not much to say for this dungeon or any tips I can give for it. It's randomly generated, so be patient, SAVE at every 5th floor incase the worst, use your most confident Daemon, take Linne with you, and be patient with it.
The dungeon will re-use many floors throughout the travel to the 101st floor. If you take note of where a portal for the way out appears on a certain map, and you get that map again, it'll appear in the same spot. So kill enemies on your way towards it to help yourself out with less time put in.
The final boss itself is the biggest issue here. He can absolutely one-shot you with some moves he has. The only way I got through him was through pure brute force and attacks from behind, as it's a major blind spot. Save before fighting him so you can infinitely retry as much as you like, and best of luck.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE: Be on the looking for Shadow Fallen throughout your travels through 100 floors, as that'll massively help with an RNG grind. They're the shadows of animals you see in the Living Realm and need to Cross the Veil on top of to spawn a special fallen. Also, make use of this dungeons length for Awakenings and Skill Tree unlocking.
Now that we're done with that floor there, we just have the mop-up of trophies you may have missed. I'll list them all, and give a quick run-down on them just to help you out.
Power Seeker & Apocrypha Seeker - Upon your multiple visits to the Alchemist in Deto, you can pocket Shadestones into weapons. Throughout the course of this game, and the 101-floor dungeon, you'll have over 100 shadestones, and even over 100 weapons by a MILE. So just put them in there throughout the course of the game, or after the dungeon, and all good.
Battle Master & Enlightened Sage - Triggering Awakenings is PURELY RNG. Upon using a skill in battle, it can absolutely at random trigger a passive effect you can put on it. Each one of these effects is 1 awakening. You should easily have 70-80 throughout the game. So make use of your grind for the trophies and the 101-floor dungeon with other skills and other Daemons, as well as the awakening chance shadestones to assist you.
Omniscient - The same as the above two trophies. But this one is for triggering every unique awakening on one skill. This can only be done post-game, as the game locks you out of unlocking a certain 3-4 until you beat the final boss/get the ending, it seems. They are as follows:
My recommendation for this is using someone other than Aisha throughout the post-game 101-floor dungeon, with the best Awaken Chance shadestone, and the best skill cooldown shadestone you can on their weapon, and use the same skill as often as you can. This is incredibly easy to unlock, it's just not doable until post-game and even then it'll take you a few hours of use, but luckily if you've used a Daemon throughout the game, to then use them in post-game, it'll make it much easier as you've got the majority of these unlocked.
Once all of these are unlocked on ONE skill, you'll unlock the Omniscient trophy.
Seeker of Rarities & Blessed Scavenger - Throughout the end game dungeon, and even so before it, you'll definitely obtain epic and legendary weapons. An absolute ton, in fact.
Indomitable Hero & Limitbreaker - To get these two trophies, you'll need to visit good ol' Alchemist in Deto. If you at any point get an Affinity Limit Break shadestone, put it into a weapon and use that weapon. This'll allow your Affinity to go beyond 200, and even 220. Just go to a beginning dungeon or two, as Affinity doesn't drop inbetween dungeons, so just build it up.
Grizzled Warrior - This you'll obtain throughout the game and on your road to platinum without a doubt. It's 100 overall, not at a time, so no worries.
Seeker of Truth & Inherited Mysteries - Throughout the game while doing the story, doing lost souls, and even more so the post game dungeon, you'll unlock Stones relevant to a single Daemon. Choose 3 Daemons of choice to fully level them up. This trophy isn't as daunting as it seems at first, as by the end of the 101-floor dungeon, you'll have 50+ Stones on certain Daemons, and with how much you've unlocked throughout the game, this isn't that tough of a cleanup.
Recollector & Liberator & Wayfinder - Memories are also obtained through skill trees, so alongside the 3 Daemons' you fully level up, you'll need 2 more Daemons to work on. Luckily it isn't an entire skill tree. Just acquire one Memory, go view it at a waypoint so that the next memory shows up in the skill tree as you cannot see #2 if you don't view #1. Aim for the memories solely and you'll only need 15-20 total Stones per Daemon.
Viewed all the memories of 3 Daemons.
Viewed all the memories of 5 Daemons.
Master of Beyond - Welcome to one of the most annoying trophies in the game, but considerably easier Post-Game. Shadow Fallen ONLY show up in the living realm as a shadow, in which you active the veil crossover using L2 ontop of the shadow, to spawn an enemy. If you take too long, they'll disappear from that area. The issue with the main game is they can be ANYWHERE in a huge map anywhere but in the 101 dungeon? Paths are limited. Go throughout the 101 floors in the Living Realm as much as you can. I think I encountered 2-3 Shadow Fallen in the main story, then 11-12 in the post-game dungeon. I'll even post a pic below so you know what you're looking for. It can be a giant bird, a smaller bird, a fish, or something else I've not yet seen.
Veil Strider - Super simple. You are able to Manifest when your affinity percentage is above 100%, and you'll manifest well over 200 times by the end of the game.
Assuming you're all done with the cleanup and aren't missing anything extra, as everything is listed here perfectly. You'll finally obtain the thing we've been hunting for. The platinum.
