This is doable in a single game of Monopoly if you set yourself up just right. Every single trophy can be earned offline. You may be daunted by the sight of a trophy for a 6-player game, but don't worry, this can be done with a single profile and a single controller. This walkthrough will presume you understand at least the basic rules of the original board game Monopoly.
