Issues with upgrading to a pro account

    9 july I tried to upgrade my account to pro. The payment was successful but my account has not been upgraded.

    I sent a message and e-mail to TrueTrophy but I haven't got an answer yet. Could someone help me out?

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the pro account upgrade. I've moved your account on to the pro scanner. If you could send a PM to one of our developers with the transaction number and date/time, they can add the missing pro features to your account.
