Once the server goes down, this will be tagged as Partially Discontinued/Unobtainable, since some of the fish that COULD be missing could be available offline if the online ones were prioritized, as unlikely as that could be. I will add the Online flag to denote the online requirement for the other courses, which require Open Course for Free Roam. The following fish should be available in the Home Base, according to a Reddit spreadsheet of fish locations:
