metal gear 5 can't get quiet back?

hi all I've been trying too get quiet back in party but can't get misson too change name ive done it well over 7 times id all ready got her back once but then had too fin off the tasks on her leveing misson and trying too get her back again but she wont come back can you only do it once? or am I missing sum thing? any one else have this prob?

ok never mind lol I just loaded a dif misson as fed up of trying for now and she is back lol
