For those of you who don't know what level each dream thing (rod, sword, shield) grants you this ability.
Sword: you gain Lucky Strike at lv90 (Yea I learned this the hard way after I noticed Goofy and Donald got it before me)
Shield: 24
Rod: 48
Additional Point: The Prima Games hardcover guide lists Ribbon as the reward for 90 Dalmatians, but I wound up getting another tech plus ability from that.
