Hi!

I've been away for quite a while and only now noticed that my trophies haven't been scanned in since September 1st :(

I've checked the forum and found that others seem to have had the same problem with the scanner (TT Scanner 2 in my case just now) claiming that private is set (not true, mine are public and can bew viewed at the PlayStation site as well) and "connection error to API".

Is there anything I can do on my side to get this fixed or can I just cross my fingers and hope this will hopefully go away somehow? :(

Edit: The "gold star" score on the top right of my homepage actually does show the right amount of trophies, but anywhere else they arent there, e.g. in the friend feed,My Trophies or the TT score - all these are stuck at September 1st.

I've moved you over to TT Scanner 1 and your trophies have been updated matching the public trophy data from Sony.

TT Scanner 1 is down:

Severe scanner problems
Current scan failure rate: 0.3%, average scan time: 4.38 seconds, average trophies added: 30.13

I queued my scan 2 hours ago.. still no go.

I actually spoke to Playstation regarding the issues last night, as I have been doing for the past few months for Rich and you guys here on TT and they are still looking into it, it's with a specialist department. Glad the scanners are still picking up though!

Attempted scanning every few weeks for several months. Hasn't worked a single time.

No scanner was assigned to your account. As you have a TT pro subscription, I have moved your account on to the TT Pro Scanners and your trophies have been updated.

I haven't been scanned since July 7th, although my profile is not private or anything. I am on TT Scanner 2, but nothing is updating for me. Any suggestions?

Your public trophy profile displays 0 trophies which is caused by a privacy setting. Privacy settings also block our scanners, which is why no trophies have been updated on your account. You can correct this by visiting here: Why arent my trophies being scanned? - Find out here

It looks like Pro Scanner may be down, the latest scan was at 21:37:53.

PSN had an outage earlier. Must be connected to that in some way

Since this previous post, I seem not to get scanned automatically. Wondering if my ID is missing from an auto-scan list or something.

To elaborate; I have purposely not requested an update since Dec 8th around noon. I have not been auto scanned in a day and a half since. Used to get auto scanned multiple times per day.

Edit: Don't know if a staff member saw my post and checked my ID, but the site auto-scanned me 2.5 hours after my post. If not, it's about 40 hours after my last self-scan, doesnt seem in working order. I'm auto-scanned 2-3x daily non pro on TA for reference.
