I completed it on 360, one of the best metroidvania alternatives out there. Plus, the generic military shooter setting with generic male protagonist appeals to a much broader audience than alien-fighting powersuit 'what do you mean his name is not metroid' Samus and vampire-fighting robe-wearing whip-slinging Castlevania protagonists who are just 'whoops wrong Belmont' to every layman...
...Anyway back to Shadow Complex, this is a great game with some pretty serious but very easily fixed flaws, though to be honest they probably just outsourced the ports and didn't bother to fix the problems, thinking that "up-rezz" and added achievements were enough to get them as much easy sales as they want.
I was pretty surprised to see this coming to PS4 (PC I could understand) as it was an Epic Games company and published by Microsoft Studios, but I guess after 6 years 'now they own the publishing rights' so they're free to pimp it out wherever they want
http://shadowcomplexhelp.epicgames.com/customer/en/portal/ar...By the way, big thanks for mentioning that the PC version is available free now, I wouldn't have known that! I really hate it when TT news pretends like other platforms don't exist, and you've risen above that (for our benefit, too).
What really confuses me is that they say (in an unclear way) that it's coming to all three platforms in 2016 yet the PC remastered version is available now... what?
