Playstation Plus Titles For September Revealed

  • Posted on 24 August 15 at 23:42
What's with the amount of 2D platformers this month? O_o

La-Mulana looks interesting, but others are kinda weird...

Of course except Grow Home which I voted for.

Looks good this month! Was going to buy to Xeodrifter and been wanting to try Twisted Metal.

Just Twisted Metal for me. Been 20 (!) years since I last played that back on the PS1. Absolute zero interest in the others.

Didn't vote for growing home but still interested in it, I'll give any free game a go though, nothing to lose after all

Good month, actually. REALLY been wanting to give La Mulana a go for ages now and this is as good an opportunity as any. Twisted Metal is also interesting though the trophies on that are a bit onerous.

I'm happy to get Twisted Metal and Teslagrad to try out. Not sure if I'll actually play them though, but I'll definitely be keen to have a look.
Hope for the best but expect the worst.

Happy to see Teslagrad on there, I almost bought that a bunch of times. I love me them puzzle platformers! :)

Will play Grow Home too, didn't vote for it bud it does still look alright. The others are pretty meh. The trophies in twisted metal will probably cause me to avoid it completely.

A little surprised to see Twisted Metal in the group! Me and my brother used to play it on the PS1 religiously back in the day. Looks like I will have to invite him over so we can rekindle some more aggression and swearing at each other! (It was all in good fun though!)

Another utter crock of shite. Every month feels like I'm being sucked back into the 80's where my only hope of getting back to my own time is to play 2d shit graphics games on my state of the art next gen console!.Before you all start with the lambasting or I should be grateful bollocks, it's only my opinion and no-one is going to change that.

Happy about Teslagrad, Xeodrifter (which I would buy anyway), STFU and La Mulana EX.
I just pissed because this crap grow home won the vote to play.
I voted for Zombie Vikings but would be happy if Armello had won too.

Anyway, you still getting Zombie Vikings, right Munch?

Yep, although probably won't be for a couple weeks.

I know that wouldn't be giving away triple A titles every month but all this indie crap is getting old. The only decent things they've given away was rocket league and infamous last light.

I understand these games are free(mium) but I'm really starting to garner disdain for what's been on offer lately.

Will be giving a pass on the collection this month, methinks.

A good Vita month. Looking forward to getting back into STFU (ha! just noticed that acronym after typing it out; well played Capybara) after only playing a couple levels on XB1.

Disappointed but not surprised by Grow Home. I'll try it out though.

    Pretty solid month overall.

I voted for Grow Home, great that it won.

I can recommend Teslagrad, great game.

Not really interested in the others. Haven't heard about any of them and watching the trailers didn't give me any great feelings for any of them. I'll give them a try though.

Yep, "retro" getting pushed hard again. Not really interested in any of these.

GwG is starting to kick the crap out of Sony's monthly line up.
Always out numbered, never out gunned.

MadCarbon said:GwG is starting to kick the crap out of Sony's monthly line up.It's hard to compare them, because GwG is so much younger and is able to give away some older good games. A lot of recent GwG games were in PS+ in the past (Metro Last Light, Thief, Mafia 2, Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, Just Cause 2, Plants vs Zombies, Crysis 3 (GwG for september))

So yeah, Sony is at disadvantage here because they don't have much of those old "big titles". Of course they could maybe do a little bit better, maybe give BF4 or Killzone for PS4 which would be beneficial both for them and for MP in those games, but maybe it's hard to get the deal with those devs, or they are saving them for worse times.

Oh my god! I was going to buy Twisted Metal!

Looking forward for that, also some of the other games might be worth a try, even though I voted for Grow Home I prefer what else is on offer this month as opposed to that.

I was always so worried that the vote to play thing would ruin PS+ and am so glad it didn't, another decent month, Plus has always been so consistent.
