EU PSN Sale Begins

There are a lot of good games on this list

So PSN digital downloads are over-priced just like XBL digital titles are. Don't understand that, even the sale prices are nearly double the physical versions, even more if pre-owned.

Honestly don't see how they think prices like that will get people to buy the digital over the physical media. Good games, but not cheap enough IMO.

Hmm, was hoping to pick up a lego harry potter game, but first years not on sale, and £8 is more than i want to pay for the last three. Probably for the best, my backlog is finally going down instead of up atm!

As expensive as these games are in Australia I don't think they're that expensive at normal price on PSN. I swear Arkham Origins normally isn't 90 dollars (saw it the other day even and I think it was about $40?) as well as those Lego games being 80-85 but I could be wrong.

In any case I recommend picking up Beyond Good and Evil. It's a great game especially at that price and I might pick it up again to complete it on the PS3's. Plus we gotta show Ubisoft that we want another one because it seems to be in perpetual limbo at the moment. I swear, Michel Ancel is the only competent developer left at Ubisoft.

I got Arkham Asylum as a PS+ freebie but I wasn't a member yet when City was a freebie so I missed that. Now it's €5 and I'm probably going to buy it, it's still over €20 here as a used game.

Definitely going to play Asylum and City again before doing Knight.

I also might buy JUJU and the From Dust / I Am Alive combo but I'm less sure about those. My backlog is big enough as it is, I think I'll manage the backlog first before going over to new games I only kind of want to do.

JuJu looks pretty good, and there's also a couple of point and click/hidden object games there that I was sure we're US only. Will have to look into those!

Picked up Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Director's Cut (EU Ver) & Beyond Good & Evil HD

I was tempted to get Mercenary Kings at some point, now I have no excuse to avoid it :P

In the end I got Batman: Arkham City and the Harley Quinn DLC. I opted not to buy any of the other games, I'm trying to reduce my backlog after all.

I think it supports developers more (especially indie devs) and helps the industry.

I see that some of these Lego games are still a bit more expensive in sale prices than the Xbox 360 versions.

Lego Hobbit is £16 on PSN and It was £10 on Xbox 360

Lego harry potter 5-7 is £8 on PSN and it was £3.34! on Xbox 360

Lego Marvel Super Heroes is £16 on PSN and it was i think, £6.70 or £10 on Xbox

These deals are fucking shite. It got the games much cheaper on my 360.Then again, i am on it much much more than my PS3. Still, for those who frequent their PS3 i think that you are getting a bad deal on this occasion.

I would think that a physical copy of the game may be cheaper for you later down the line.

Starting LEGO Batman 3 now and the season pass shows as 8,99 for PS+ members... Then in the cart it's 11,99 (like it should be according to this thread). Damn.
