    With new emulations coming to both PS Plus Premium and the PS Store, our poll this week is about the new PS2 games of June 2024 — are you playing?

    Don't have Premium and I own most of them physically so can play them on my PS2, if they had a bigger library I'd be more inclined to sub to Premium, but Essential is good enough for my gaming time available at the moment

    I buy them separately, I'd rather have them on disc in general rather than digital.tbh

    I don’t get next gen systems to play old games. If I did play one it would be bought.
    Yeah, POINTS. I have enough for $30 right now. Can you count that high or do I need to explain it?

    Most of the games I want(ed) were already remastered in HD before then, like Devil May Cry, God of War, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear, Rogue Galaxy, and the golden age of Final Fantasy.

    The only ones I still desperately want are Dragon Quest 8, the Legacy of Kain games, and Soul Calibur 3, but they're not available.

    If they ever are, they will be purchased for sure; definitely not subscribing to PS+ Premium.

    Ill definitely be playing them as I have premium. I already have a physical copy of most of them, but with added trophy support and not having to get out the old consoles, it really appeals to me.

    Locking a lot of old games behind the most expensive subscription really sucks. Xbox is so much better for backwards compatibility

    Yes - via purchase on the PS Store. It's only one game, though (Forbidden Siren).
    I'm not gonna re-buy games i already paid 60 Euro 20+ years ago.

    Backwards compatible PS3 is where it's at.
