It should be mentioned that there are technically two trophies that you can miss on a single playthrough: "Reunited" and "Two out of Three". The first requires a certain decision that's easy to undo if you've just started the chapter and "Two Out of Three" is a lot easier to get if you know when the checkpoint is and that the trophy is missable. This is not stated in the walkthrough summary.

Furthermore, it would be helpful to note that the "hide" option for "Reunited" is the only option that gives you the trophy; the other one doesn't and this choice does affect the outcome of the story and shouldn't be set in stone like it is in the walkthrough. It would be helpful if these two trophies were marked as missable, and the "hide" option changed to "Any," as these would make for a more accurate walkthrough.
