What a piss-poor way to celebrate the upcoming merging of plus and now!!.Offering utter shite doesn't make players want to sign up Sony.

Fanboy? haha. I'm an Xbox gamer, I bought PS4 2 years ago. Now, I own both PS and 2 gen Xbox as well but the truth is Xbox is always staying one step behind even though they moved cleverly with XGP, they're just adding a bunch of Indie games to XGP rather than adding big ones, but like I said example greedfall and a remnant from the ashes are added in XGP and PS gave it on PS plus on next month of adding on XGP.
you might be rich and buying each and every console on day one and subscribing to all top-tier subscriptions but the majority of the world is based on budget gamers who can't afford to subscribe to Ultimates and premiums all the time. and we wait for some games to appear on GWG and PS Plus. I owned PS4 2 years ago then why should I buy this old god of war? because I know it'll be given through PS Plus shortly and here it is... Maybe I'm stupid but I got what I want but you're clearly blind...

The issue isn't that people have brought God of War already. The problem is that it has screwed over PS5 gamers who get it in the collection anyway.

Yeah, I agree, but there are still people who didn't subscribe to the collection and can't even able to get PS5 so it'll be good for those gamers, even for those ps5 gamers who haven't bought the game yet or those who didn't subscribe to higher tires. anyway, I know how it feels like when a month's free game is bad from our point of view because it's normal for GWG subscribers, yet we always run and check eagerly on every month's end with slight hope and expectation that the free game will be better on next month. so in that wise... ps plus never let down at least 40% of its subscribers.

If you are subscribed to ps+ then you are subscribed to the collection, it is not an extra subscription.

The only requirement is you need a PS5, or access to a PS5. If you are a PS5 owner and subbed to PS+ (The lowest tier) then you have God of War without this June addition. If you are not subbed to PS+ then you do not get God of War either way, from Junes games or the PS+ collection.

The collection is part of PS+. As long as you have an subscription, you get the games in the collection as part of it.

you can buy god of war for the ps4 for 9-10$ (on sale on gamestop), way cheaper than ps+ itself (even if it's for 1 month).

Even when not on sale, the game is 20$ new.
