*Limit 1 per person. Must own a digital or physical copy of GT7 for PS4 or PS5 prior to the publication of this post (Friday, 25 March at 1:00am PST) and log into Gran Turismo 7 between Friday, March 25 at 5:00pm JST/8:00am GMT/ 1:00am PDT and Monday, April 25 at 5:00pm JST/8:00am GMT/ 1:00am PDT to receive the free credit pack.

So basic, this means you only get it when you have played the game (only way how they can verify if you have disk version), before the Blog Post.
Started gaming on NES, before it was Retro [laugh].

Well even if someone owns the disc, if they haven't played the game yet, then they were not affected by the outage, so why should they get the free credits.
But my point is, this isn't a PC website, if the PS4 version isn't available, the review should be delayed until it is.

This article does not clearly state that. It says, you get it if you play before 25th April, without telling you have to have played before March 25th too.
