They made (and tested with) an AI that uses the same cues as human drivers and let them learn racing. The where in the end, averidge 9,5 seconds faster then the regular AI in the game. Also they learned the new AI what fair driving is.
It is mainly made for the uber pro's as the current AI isn't much of a challege for that group.
