    EA's Dutch Phone Support told me back in 2016, that opening packs in Ultimate Team was Gambling. But when the Gambling Authority found it Gambling, EA found it quickly, not Gambling anymore.

    The possible change for my country (case still has no date to become before high court) is a very good one. You have now in FIFA 21 Preview Packs along the regular. So you can check if you win or lose coins with buying the pack (with ingame earned coins).

    Futher still did not hear about improved Referee, what is asked already years too.
