This activity will not be open to you until you have completed a few of the main missions so don't worry about not being able to find them straight away.
You will know the quest once it happens and someone will give you their locations on your map.
Once you have them on your map open it up and each area will have a Police Drone and where there was an empty space under the activities before such as Lumens, Lumen Races and Neon Graffiti you will now have Police Drones Active. So hit
with your cursor over the camera icon and head to the location and when you get there press up on the D-pad like when you start any other mission or activity to start it.
You will now have the ability to see through the camera and where it is going, so you use what the camera is seeing in reference to what you see and they all seem to go in the same loop over and over never changing direction to go off of its route. So you can use the camera by pressing the touch pad, watch where it goes. After watching it's none diverting route look for something that stands out, for example one of the drones i found flew through a car park and past a oil barrel with a flashing light on top so i headed to the car park and the barrel knowing it would eventually follow its looped route and appear, all i had to do was wait a few seconds and blast it out of the sky.
Sometimes it's as simple as just looking around and out of luck it just happens to be flying by but it does not take long to finish all 7 as there is only 1 for each area.
If you do get a bit lost you can go back to the drones camera by pressing the touch pad again as long as you stay in the area marked on your mini map by a white circle.
For each drone you bring down you will also get 2 skill points towards your special abilities so there is incentive for that as well as the trophy.
