For this trophy, Gaius must used his linked AI skill "Chivalry" a total of 450 times in battle. Gaius will use this as your linked partner whenever you are being surrounded by multiple enemies at once.
The easiest way to farm this is by taking control of Jude. Make that sure BEFORE you enter the battle, you have the "Feign Death" skill set on Jude. This way, when you are knocked down, you can stay on the ground by holding down on the control stick.
Find any enemy that will easily knock you down. The video used boar enemies from the Labari Hollow, since there are many of them and they are aggressive. Another good choice are the horse enemies from the Nia Khera Hallowmont.
Gaius is much more likely to use this skill when you're on the ground. Enemies also seem to be naturally drawn to you, since you are vulnerable. Make sure that Gaius' behavior is set to "Act Together" when linked. Setting your other two party members to manual also helps, as the enemies will most likely target party members who are attacking them. You can taunt enemies to get their attention.
I also set the "minimum damage" ability for this, as I was an extremely high level by the time I attempted this and would have wiped the enemies out before I had much of a chance to farm this ability.
