Disney Infinity 2.0 Still Coming to Vita

By Rebecca Smith,
Many titles were revealed during this year's E3. While most also got a few screenshots and/or a trailer to help to make them more prominent and noticeable, one of the blink-and-you'll-miss-it announcements was the fact that Disney Infinity 2.0 was coming to Playstation Vita. Nothing else was said back then, and Sony, Disney Interactive and Avalanche have all been incredibly quiet since.

That silence has been broken by the announcement that Disney Infinity Marvel Super Heroes 20 Edition will be arriving in May. The version will come with a Bluetooth base and will be compatible with Playstation TV, something that was also mentioned back at E3. All of the current 2.0 figures will be compatible with the Vita version and the game will be pretty similar to its console counterparts, with the exception that there will only be the option to play in single-player.

The Playstation Vita Starter Pack will also include an exclusive figure: Black Suit Spider-Man. Disney didn't confirm whether this figure would be available for sale separately at a later date. We'll be sure to let you know when we hear more.

We've got the full list of Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes - 2.0 Edition (Vita) trophies - check the list for guides to unlocking them.
